Mel's Secret
Business Club.
Not a course. Not a program with a start and end date.
A membership. A room. A year of doing the actual work.

LET'S BE STRAIGHT WITH EACH OTHER
Â
You don't need another
course you'll never finish.
You need someone in your corner.
Â
You're already running a business. You're already earning something. You've probably already bought the course, done the workshop, read the book.
And yet — the growth you thought would happen by now hasn't quite materialised. The numbers are still murky. The strategy still feels like something you'll get to when things slow down.
Things don't slow down. You need a different kind of support.
That's what this is. A small group of serious business owners, working alongside each other for a full year, with Mel in the room every step of the way.
This is a membership.
Not a course.
There's no module one. No "welcome to week three." No certificate at the end. What there is: a consistent monthly rhythm of masterclasses, coaching, and accountability that compounds over twelve months — and a group of people who know your business because they've been watching it evolve in real time.
What's Included
Four pillars.
One year. Real results.
Every element is designed to work together. The masterclasses give you
the knowledge. The coaching puts it into practice. The accountability
groups make sure it actually happens.
01 —
Business masterclasses with Mel
Six deep-dive sessions across the year on the financial and strategic topics that actually move the needle for small business owners. Pricing, profit margin, cash flow, growth strategy. Taught by Mel. Honest, practical, no filler.
6 PER YEAR02 —
Group coaching sessions
Six times a year, Mel works with the group directly on what's happening in your business. Bring your real numbers, your real problems, your real questions. This is where the breakthroughs happen — in the room, with people who get it.
6 PER YEAR03 —
90-day accountability groups
Four times a year the group resets into focused 90-day sprints. You set your goals, work alongside a small cohort, and report back. The single thing that separates business owners who grow from those who stay stuck is consistent accountability. This is it.
4 X 90-DAY SPRINTS PER YEAR04 —
A room of serious people
Places are deliberately limited. Every person in this group is running a real business and taking it seriously. The peer learning, the referrals, the "oh god me too" moments — this part of the membership has a value you can't put a number on. But it's real.
STRICTLY CAPPEDDirect access to Mel — when you need it.
Members-only 1:1 sessions available when Mel has capacity. 90 minutes. $1,500. Yours to use when you're ready to go deeper on your specific situation. Not offered publicly. Not included in the membership — because when you're ready for it, it's worth paying for properly.

IS THIS YOU?
This is for business owners who are done with almost getting there.Â
• You've been in business at least a year
Past the beginning. You need growth support, not start-up hand holding.
• You're tired doing it alone
And you're ready to admit that accountability from someone other than yourself actually works.
• You're ready to commit to twelve months
Not dabble. Commit. Because that's where the compounding happens.
• You want to look at your real numbers
Not the pretty version. The actual numbers. With someone who won't make you feel stupid about them.
• You want practical over inspirational
You've done enough workshops that left you feeling great but didn't change anything.
• You want a room of people who get it
Who understand the 11pm tax invoice panic and the revenue that looks great but leaves nothing.
Your Host
I've built three 7-figure businesses. In three different industries. Here's what I learned.
I'm Mel. I've spent 25 years working in and around money — as an accountant, as a financial advisor, and for the last decade as an educator who works specifically with women.
I've written five books. I host the Uncensored Money podcast. I've worked with thousands of small businesses across Australia.
But the thing that informs this group most is simpler than any of that:Â I've built businesses from scratch, made the expensive mistakes, worked out what actually matters, and done it again in a completely different industry. Twice more after that.
The Secret Business Club is the room I needed when I was doing it. It didn't exist. So I built it.

Questions worth answering
honestly.Â
Why is it called the Secret Business Club?
Because it's not advertised broadly, it's not open to everyone, and what happens in the room stays in the room. Members share real numbers, real challenges, real mistakes. That only works in a genuinely private setting. The name is a commitment to that culture.
What stage of business is this for?
At least 12 months in, generating some revenue. This isn't a how-to-start group. It's for business owners who have started and want to grow — and who are willing to look at their numbers honestly to do it.
What industry does my business need to be in?
Any industry. The financial principles that determine whether a business grows or stalls are consistent regardless of what you sell. Members come from services, product businesses, health, hospitality, creative industries, professional services, and more.
Is the 12-month commitment firm?
Yes. Monthly members are committing to 12 payments. Upfront members pay once. If something genuinely significant changes in your circumstances, reach out and we'll have a human conversation about it.
How do the 90 day accountability groups work?
Four times a year the group breaks into smaller accountability pods for a focused 90-day sprint. You set specific goals at the start, meet regularly with your pod, and present back at the end. Structured enough to create real momentum, small enough to create real accountability.
Is this financial advice?
No. Everything in the Secret Business Club is general financial and business education. Mel is an ex-financial advisor and ex-accountant, but the group is educational in nature and does not constitute personal financial or legal advice. For advice specific to your situation, please consult a qualified professional.
