I'm Mel. I've spent 25 years working in and around money: as an accountant, as a financial advisor and for the last decade as an educator who works specifically with women.

Why is it called the Secret Business Club?
Because it's not advertised broadly, it's not open to everyone, and what happens in the room stays in the room. Members share real numbers, real challenges, real mistakes. That only works in a genuinely private setting. The name is a commitment to that culture.
What stage of business is this for?
We want you to have started. My preference is at least 12 months in, generating some revenue. But if you have a clear idea and you're wanting to run and get it right, it could still fit. It's for business owners who want to grow — and who are willing to look at their numbers honestly to do it.
What industry does my business need to be in?
Any industry. The financial principles that determine whether a business grows or stalls are consistent regardless of what you sell. Members come from services, product businesses, health, hospitality, creative industries, professional services, and more.
Is the 12-month commitment firm?
Yes. Monthly members are committing to 12 payments. Upfront members pay once. If something genuinely significant changes in your circumstances, reach out and we'll have a human conversation about it.
How do the 90 day accountability groups work?
Four times a year the group breaks into smaller accountability pods for a focused 90-day sprint. You set specific goals at the start, meet regularly with your pod, and present back at the end. Structured enough to create real momentum, small enough to create real accountability.
What is the time commitment?
In-person (online) you'll be looking at 90 minutes a month. Plus I'll give you homework and to-do's as well - all designed to help you grow your business.Â
When are the virtual sessions?Â
The virtual sessions will be held at 9am AEST/AEDT on Tuesday mornings and six months are set out in advance so you can keep the time free.Â
