Do you need a strategy for debt?

Sep 15, 2022

In this week's video I talk about whether you need a strategy for debt. It's something I've been talking about for a while now and to be honest, I thought people were kind of sick about hearing me bang on about debt and strategies for it.

Apparently not.

That's why, after listening to so many stories during the last week, I'm running a bonus webinar that's all about Debt and creating a strategy to get out of it OR to get into it.

You can register HERE and it's happening Monday 19 September.

Hey, and welcome to Mel's Money Musings. You know, I've spoken a lot about debt in the last months, years and I've gotta be honest. I thought that everything I talked about was kind of a little bit saturated, that people had absorbed that.

So usually when I do a launch of the My Financial Adulting Plan, we do a debt webinar, cause we know some people have savings and cash and want help with that, but we know some people who've got debt and are struggling with that and want a plan for that. Or maybe they want a plan to get into that.

So this launch, we didn't do a debt webinar. And what we've realised is, especially in the last few days from so many people telling us their stories, is that you do still need that.

So just a quick recap of the things I've talked about for many for months, years is there's four different types of debt; freaking awful debt, bad debt, okay and good debt.

We want to plan and to get rid of our freaking awful debt and bad debt. And there's so many strategies that you can harness in order to do that. But we also wanna have a level of comfortability with our comfortability... comfortableness? I think I'm just making up words with, our good debt and our okay debt. Yes, we wanna be careful how much we take on. No, we don't wanna do it just for the sake of a tax deduction, but it is a comfortableness with having that debt.

We also want a strategy for getting into debt for leveraging it. And once we have it, we wanna be smart about it and not just paying things down for the sake of it.

So that's why we are running a bonus webinar, all about debt that's happening on Monday night. If you want the details, if you want in, just hit, we're gonna put links in here below and I'll share with you my strategies for all things debt. You're welcome.
