How we helped Bendigo Health engage their team with a financial wellbeing series even the CEO showed up for!
Feb 26, 2026
We all know financial wellbeing is important, right? The tricky part is doing something about it. Or is it?
What if your workplace helped you out, what would that look like?
When we first met Bendigo Health, we knew they were different. They really wanted to help their people with a financial wellbeing series they could engage with, despite the challenges of having such a diverse employee cohort and a 24/7 business. They were keen to go from a handful of people turning up to the webinar they were putting on, to knowing they were making a difference to the wellbeing of their team.
Their Learning, Education and Development team knew of Mel, and sought to bring in her expertise with practical solutions their team could put into action right away.
The first session in July 2025 was so well received they held another in October and again in December with a fourth in February 2026...and they're not done yet!
“Overall feedback from staff is that these sessions were rated highly helpful and engaging. Staff appreciated Mel’s clear explanations, relatable examples and practical advice. The feedback highlights that staff not only found the sessions informative but also inspiring, with many noting practical steps they plan to take and a renewed confidence in managing their finances.”
